Supports activation & ops teams in executing in Store Activation Plans across portfolios (Food, Pet & MW) Responsible for supporting that planning and implementation of multiple portfolios activation programs, working in partnership with relevant portfolio teams and 3rd party agencies to achieve our in-store KPI’s and objectives.
What are we looking for?
Minimum Bachelors degree in Business (BCom) Marketing and/or relevant sales diploma
+4 years’ experience within Field Sales Operations
Experience of managing in-store excellence and POS delivery & ROI
Proven track record in building brands and launching new products
Experience managing across teams, portfolios and suppliers
What will be your key responsibilities?
Supporting the In Store Activation Programme for all portfolios & brands considering total ROI
Support the development of the annual in-store activity grid, driving visibility and alignment across the business and ensuring sales operational buy in/alignment
Support and co-ordinating in-store activation partners (ie Barrows, ZaPOP, POS storage, sampling agencies) to drive cost and design efficiencies and deliverables per portfolio requirements
Support in deploying the EBAs to market consistent with portfolio recommendations (mechanic, key visual) & manage POS/ sampling briefing, delivery and execution
Support with measuring executional excellence per agreed KPI’s (strike rates)
Manage any in-store implementation incentive programs and/ or promotion/sampling campaigns
Support management of in-store budgets and maximising return on investment
Support in leading in-store investment (ie off shelf costs) across activities and retailers with operational teams to ensure activity prioritisation and focus
Work closely with Portfolio & category Managers to agree budget and activity plans
Work closely with Sales to agree deployment needs
Deploy digital content (images and descriptions) in markets for any retail requirements
