Certificate in Business Administration or Public Administration or relevant equivalent NQF Level 5 qualification
1 - 3 years' experience in an administrative / financial environment
Previous finance administrative and supply chain management experience will be an added advantage
Core Responsibilities:
Provide finance related administrative support to Senior Manager Demand Planning and Enablement and the Department where required
Responsible for implementation of operational process for demand planning section to ensure that all administrative duties are performed timeously and accurately
Implement governance and risk management to ensure that the governance and risk management complies with CoE's internal processes and policies
Ensure adequate implementation and maintenance of financial process to ensure that the financial process with the required outcome is achieved
Maintain customer service orientation to ensure that the customer services orientation, namely our direct stakeholders and National Treasury are adhered to
