Admin Clerk - Epping Bakery at PepsiCo

Job Overview:

• Handles a skilled level of calculations, verbal and written communications, outside enquiries, follow-up or explanation. May seek advice from a section leader but has some discretion. Handles a greater variety of tasks, level clerical staff.

Stock Control and Record Keeping

• Monitor daily stock levels.
• Record all stock received, issued, and returned in the stock control system or manual logbooks.
• Conduct daily and weekly physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
• Report any stock discrepancies or shortages to the Production Manager immediately.
• Prepare reports, statements and summaries.

Receiving and Dispatch

• Check and verify incoming stock against delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Prepare stock for dispatch (finished bread, buns, rolls, etc.) according to delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate despatch records and ensure proper documentation for all outgoing goods.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification- Matric and Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration.
• Previous experience working in office setting.
• 2-3 years relevant experience within a clerical environment.
• Computer skills including SAP, MS Office, E Mails, other systems.
