A Senior certificate with appropriate experience in HR Administration. (A National Diploma in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage). Valid driver’s license.
DUTIES :
Handle the administrative processes with regards to recruitment, selection, and placement, which entail: Advertising vacancies, processing of applications, attending interviews, writing submissions for appointments and appointment letters, prepare and provide employment statistics to the Head of Human resources.
Ensure adherence to effective implementation of policies regulations and Acts regarding HR. Process appointments, transfers, promotions, relocations.
Maintain and provide related statistical information. Management of learners or interns within the unit.
