A relevant recognised 3-year qualification (Degree or National Diploma) plus at least a total of 3-years administrative and 2-years supervisory experience in a supply chain management environment including that in a purchasing/selling environment; and Valid Driving License.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of SCM Practices, processes and procedures, Preferential Procurement and financial legislation, Knowledge of Logis or similar transversal procurement systems and an electronic quotation system.
Skills:
Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook (or similar e-mail tool); Good verbal and written communication skills; organisational and planning skills; report writing, problem solving and numeracy skills.
