Grade 12 Certificate plus a 3-year National Diploma in Archive/Public Management / Administration (NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA), plus 3 years’ work experience.
Experience in the field of human resource development. the Public Service Archives. Computer literacy especially record management. Valid drivers’ licence.
DUTIES
Provide registry and records/ data management services. Monitor and review records management policies. Facilitate the implementation of Knowledge Management strategy.
Monitor compliance with Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) & Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
