We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls and emails
Managing office supplies and equipment
Scheduling appointments and meetings
Maintaining filing systems and databases
Assisting with data entry and record keeping
Handling confidential information with discretion
Providing general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administration assistant or similar role
