Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualifications. Basic Computer Literacy. Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Understanding of customer care and Batho Pele Principles. Willing to work under pressure.
Duties:
Receive order documents from Supply Chain Management. File copy of order and Follow-up deliveries from the suppliers. Receive stock as per the order documents from the supplier. Verify quality and quantity.
Pack stock in the warehouse and update bin card. Receive request from end user. Issue stock physically and systematically and Update bin cards. Receive invoices from supplier after delivery. Capture invoices on the system Logis and on invoice tracking.
