Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
Duties
Co-ordinate, collect, collate, capture and verify all relevant health data according to the provincial policies and SOP’s Conduct and assist with audits at facility level.
Ability to interpret data, analyse data trends and compile and distribute reports to Hospital Management and Head Office on a regular basis.
Provide training on Health Information Systems in effective Health Information formulation as well as preparation of PowerPoint presentations and draw Pivot reports.
Assist with data management quality monitoring. Rendering a support service to the supervisor and staff. Monitor and evaluate performance management.
