DUTIES :
Manage all training administration. Provide general office administration service. Assist in keeping of all training and qualification databases and record sheets up to date. Assist in compilation and printing of qualification certificates. Provide Front Office presence. Control Logbooks, files etc. Facilitate bookings. Regulate general files. Control of the internal telephone directory and recall lists. Ensure all electronic documentation is backed up regularly.
