Administration Coordinator: Compliance and Layout Design at Capitec Bank

Purpose Statement

• Coordinate all administration and logistical arrangements for council submissions and approvals, including the liaison with the relevant suppliers, landlords, tenant coordinators and local municipalities in this regard.
• Assisting the design team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Experience

• 2 – 3 years’ experience within a co-ordination role is essential

Qualifications (Minimum)

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Office Management and Technology / Office Administration

Knowledge

• Knowledge & Understanding of the implementation of SANS 10400 would be advantageous.
