Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage administrative reporting.
• Authorise and reconcile credit notes.
• Oversee stock control administration.
• Maintain employee documentation.
• Supervise and develop administrative staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.

Requirements

• Relevant post-matric qualification.
• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in a retail administrative environment.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory administrative position.
• Experience in generating, analysing and resolving administrative and stock-related reports.
• Computer literacy, with SAP experience advantageous.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent planning, organising and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.
