Administrative Assistant at Afrimat

Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Requirements

• Minimum Grade 12
• 1-2 years previous administrative / receptionist work experience
• Driver’s license (advantageous)
• Strong administrative skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Suite, Outlook and CRM systems)
• Pre-employment medical required
• Ability to work under pressure
• Be self-disciplined and able to work without supervision
• Ability to work within the team
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Duties and responsibilities (not limited to):

• Operating the switchboard and performing receptionist functions
• Fulfilling general office administration
• Managing the training centre and meeting rooms
• Reporting on diesel dips
• Capturing diesel on the CRM System and reporting to various stakeholders
• Reporting daily sales
• Capturing/Updating timesheets for employees on site
• Capturing Delivery notes and distributing delivery note reports
• Reconciling Pre-start checklist for all TMM’s and LDV’s on site
• Act as a relief for weighbridge operator during lunch hours and when needed
• Perform all and any Ad Hoc duties
