    Administrative Clerk (Department of Budget and Treasury)

    Job Id Number 3/4/1/004

    ​​​​​​​The job purpose of Administrative Clerk is to render effective helpdesk and enquiry services. 

    Key performance areas: 

    The Administrative Clerk must ensure that the daily work is done to satisfaction and to achieve the objectives of Council. He/she will be responsible for:

    • Render customer care service
    • Administer applications for new, revised or terminated services. 

    Requirements: 

    • Grade 12, Certificate in Financial Management or related qualification;
    • One (1) year relevant experience and good communication skills.
