Grade 12 plus an appropriate NQF 6 in Public Management/Administration, and Human Resource Development/ Management, Management of Training qualification or relevant equivalent qualification as recognized by SAQA.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HRD and Transformation environment.
A valid driver’s licence (with exception of people with disabilities).
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
Knowledge of relevant prescripts and applications of Employee Health and Wellness programmes, HRD & SDI as well as understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
