Job Description
Material&Facility Management：

• Organize the office layout，maintain the condition of the office and arrange necessary repairs，work with tech and marketing colleague to manage demo equipment and promotional materials.
• Maintain supplies of stationery and equipment.
• Manage supplies of company cars、cellphones and computers，internal control control of the daily cost related.

Expense Management：

• Manage office budgets and monthly report to general manager.
• Record office expenditure，check invoices from vendors and prepare to make payments.
• Assist other employees with various administrative matters like expense reimbursement.

Sales Support：

• Help to arrange meetings and appointment.
• Support major promotional event，help to arrange transportation and accommodation.

HR:

• Communicate with external HR agency.
• Arrange interview with candidate.

Liaison with HQ:

• Liaison with HQ legal department for further expansions.
• Liaison with HQ HR department for local employee's HR related matters.
• Liaison with HQ finance department for local employee's salary, bonus, and expenditure related matters. 
• Other job task assigned by the general manager.

Job Requirements

• No less than 3 years working experience;
• Bachelor’s degree;
• Good command of English and Chinese in written and oral;
• Fluent in operation of computer including MS Office;
