Administrator: Bulk Wastewater – ADMIN-JW385EX/2024 at Johannesburg Water

PURPOSE

To assist the works Manager with office, procurement, and personnel (Process and Maintenance) Administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Procure and payment of goods and services (SAP system). Data capture and filing office order, delivery notes and invoices.
• Monitor daily staff (maintenance and process) attendance by biometric fingerprint reader system.
• Compile and upgrade asset register for offices and change rooms.
• Maintain incident register.
• Assist in switchboard operations. Communicate information to employees via the notice boards and announcements. Attend to client queries resolve and give the client information.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential qualifications and experience:

• Grade12 or N3 (NQF4) +accredited certificate in business administration /secretarial (6 months).
• 2 years general admin or secretarial experience.
• Experience in SAP.
