• Job Description: Auto Pedigree is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrator: Creditors to join our Head Office team based in Spartan, Kempton Park.
• This role presents an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, driven, and trustworthy individual who excels in a structured financial environment and is committed to maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the creditors function.
• Position Overview: The purpose of this position is to support and assist the Financial Manager and Creditors Supervisor in making creditors payments due by the Company. 

Minimum Experience:

• 2 - 3 years’ experience                                                                                                                         

Minimum Qualification:

• Grade 12
• Accounting degree will be an advantage

Minimum Requirements:

• A Code 8 Driver’s License
• Computer literate (Evolve, MS Word and Excel)

Job Outputs: 

• Liaising with the Company’s creditors thus ensuring timeous payment of invoices
• Capturing of supplier invoices
• Reconciliation of the creditors’ accounts
• Resolution of account related queries
• Maintaining supplier statutory documentation
• Ensuring compliance with SARS
• Sustainability and BEE reporting
• Ad hoc functions
