    Administrator (Ecommerce/Online)

    Job Purpose:

    • The Administrator – Online Team will provide high-level administrative support to the online department, ensuring smooth coordination of daily operations, processes, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in managing administrative duties within a fast-paced/digital or eCommerce environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Administrative Support:

    • Provide high-level admin support to the Online Team including eCommerce, digital marketing, and online sales functions.
    • Manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes.
    • Coordinate online team documents, reports, and files ensuring version control and accuracy.

    Operational Coordination:

    • Monitor and update key trackers, schedules, and process flows related to online promotions, campaigns, stock levels, and product listings.
    • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, finance, design, IT) to ensure alignment on online activities.
    • Track and follow up on deliverables and tasks assigned across the team.

    Reporting & Data:

    • Pull weekly reports and assist with data entry, analysis, and preparation of presentations.
    • Ensure accuracy of product, pricing, and stock information for online listings.

    Process Improvement:

    • Identify gaps in administrative processes and suggest improvements to streamline operations.
    • Implement efficient digital filing and organizational systems.

    Communication & Liaison:

    • Act as the first point of contact for administrative queries within the Online Team.
    • Communicate with external vendors, suppliers, or service providers as needed.

    (SLA) Management:

    • Establish SLAs with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
    • Monitor SLA performance and take corrective actions as needed to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular SLA reviews and updates to align with business objectives.

    Key Requirements:

    • Proven experience in administration, SLA , or similar role, preferably in sales/online/retail.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Sound knowledge of administrative processes.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (beneficial).
    • Experience with administrative software and tools.
