    Office Administrator

    What you will enjoy doing

    General office administration work:

    • Welcome customers, suppliers, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Handle general enquiries and direct them to the appropriate teams or individuals
    • Manage bookings for conference rooms, boardrooms, and shared office spaces.
    • Assist with office organisation, filing systems, and maintaining a tidy environment.
    • Arrange travel, transport, and accommodation for employees, visitors, and management.
    • Order refreshments, catering, and supplies for meetings and visiting guests when required.
    • Coordinate bookings for work functions, team events, workshops, and seminars.
    • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including document preparation and meeting coordination.
    • Assist with data capturing, filing, and general office administration
    • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and reception duties in a professional and timely manner.

    D365 Procurement related activities:

    • Support with raising purchase orders in D365 when required
    • Assist with procuring or ordering office supplies.
    • Communicate with the warehouse on all monthly charges to ensure they are correctly receipted against relevant Purchase Orders (POs).
    • Liaise with Maintenance, Warehouse, Quality, HSSE, and HR departments to resolve outstanding supplier queries, including missing receipts, credit notes, and invoice discrepancies.
    • Monitor bale suppliers to ensure accurate invoicing, verify that invoices match POs, and confirm all receipting is complete.
    • Follow up on customer queries and ensure they are resolved timeously
    • Sales & Finance related activities

    Maintenance Stores Administrator

    What you will enjoy doing

    • Act as primary liaison between Main Stores receiving, Maintenance, and Buyers
    • Receive, unpack, identify, count, inspect, and correctly bin all incoming spare parts
    • Verify deliveries against packing lists, purchase orders, and documentation
    • Update and maintain master inventory list and stock system daily
    • File certificates, delivery notes, quality documents, and stock movement records
    • Issue and record all parts used by maintenance teams accurately and timeously
    • Conduct daily morning checks of overnight usage and adjust stock levels accordingly
    • Package spare parts (Bag & Tag) for planned maintenance
    • Monitor minimum stock levels and raise purchase/reorder requests proactively
    • Prepare and track outbound items for repairs/refurbishment (e.g., blades for sharpening)
    • Maintain organized stores layout, labelling, and location management
    • Perform regular stock counts and reconciliations
    • Report shortages, excess stock, or damaged/missing items immediately
    • Generate stock reports and analyses for management as required
    • Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and housekeeping requirements
    • Aid the maintenance team

    HSE Assistant- 6 Months Contract

    What you will enjoy doing

    • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive site-wide chemical inventory, ensuring all chemicals are accurately recorded, tracked, and regularly updated.
    • Ensure that Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) and Technical Data Sheets (TDSs) for all chemicals are current, complete, and readily accessible at the point of use and/or storage.
    • Assist with the inspection, monitoring, and compliance of lifting equipment and lifting accessories in accordance with applicable regulations and company procedures.
    • Support risk assessments
    • Support the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 standard
    • Collect, record, and analyze Yellow Card safety reports; support the development of corrective and preventive action plans; and monitor implementation and timely close-out of assigned actions.
    • Maintain HSE records, logs, permits, and inspection reports.
    • Assist during internal and external HSE audits and regulatory inspections.
    • Ensure signage, safety instructions, and emergency procedures are up to date and visible.
    • Write up safe work procedures
    • Conduct routine workplace inspections to identify hazards and unsafe conditions.
    • Conducts Gemba Observation, and toolbox talks.
    • Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across plant operations.
    • Support safety training and induction programs for new and existing employees.
    • Participate in emergency drills and support follow-up actions.

    What makes you great

    • Basic knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and best practices.
