Administrator: Parts - Toyota Bedfordview

• A parts administrator manages inventory records, processes purchase orders, coordinates with suppliers, and handles billing and customer service for spare parts.

Core Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: Stock Management involves tracking parts levels, conducting regular stock counts, and handling returns or backorders.
• Order Processing: Purchase Orders require creating quotes, placing orders for local or overseas parts, and issuing parts to technician job cards.
• Supplier Coordination: Supplier Liaison includes tracking delivery times, resolving invoice discrepancies, and updating lead times.
• Financial Administration: Billing and Reconciliations cover capturing invoices, processing local GRVs (Goods Received Vouchers), and managing basic debtor or creditor queries.

 Minimum Requirements

• Education: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification, with further administrative or supply chain courses being an advantage.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of working experience in parts administration, stock control, or a general office environment.
• Skills: Computer Literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and familiarity with inventory or dealership management software.
• Attributes: Attention to Detail along with good time-management, communication, and organizational abilities under pressure
