Advert For Technical Learnerships (Mbhashe) at Mbhashe Local Municipality

This opportunity is aimed at youth who wish to pursue a career in:

• National Certificate: Building and Civil Construction-NQF LEVEL 3 (50 Beneficiaries needed)
• National Certificate: – NQF LEVEL 3 (50 Beneficiaries needed)
• Further Education and Training Certificate: Plumbing – NQF LEVEL 4 (50 Beneficiaries needed)

REQUIREMENTS

• Reside within the Mbhashe Local Municipality.
• Be a South African citizen in possession of a valid SA I.D
• Have a minimum of Grade 10.
• Have a clear criminal record.
• Not have previously benefited from the same or similar NSF- or OTAB-funded learnership programme (previous beneficiaries of the same learnership are strongly discouraged from applying).
• Be physically fit and able to perform practical training activities.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

• Learners must be willing to attend practical training at a site outside their hometown. for a minimum period of eight (8) months.
• All related costs must be covered from the learner’s stipend.
• No additional funding or allowances will be provided.

MEDICAL FITNESS

• Selected beneficiaries will be required to undergo medical fitness assessments, strictly for learnership participation purposes, prior to enrolment.
