Minimum Requirements:

• Matric. Post matric qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Instructing experience at District, Provincial marathons and USSA tournaments
• Basic First Aid Knowledge and Safe-guarding certification
• Proficiency in English.
• Computer Literacy.
• Code 8 or 10 Driver’s license.
• No criminal record.

Duties:

• Plan and lead aerobic exercise classes
• To be patient and motivate people in class to keep on trying to get moves right
• Monitor program activities to meet the needs of participants
• Plan and organize trials and marathons and be able to evaluate participant fitness levels and health conditions

Knowledge & skills:

• Be assertive and professional.
• Highly organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Be responsible for assessing the performance of the players under your expert direction.
• Responsible for teamwork and team building or management.
• Oversee developing tactics and training activities.
• Leadership attributes.
• Ability to manage/communicate effectively with players and administrators.
• Report writing
