Würth South Africa Co. (Pty) Ltd, is actively looking for a talented, vibrant, and disciplined Aircon & Diagnostic Specialist to join our team, who will represent the company as a brand ambassador in this regard.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Matric or equivalent.
• 2 years minimum sales experience will be an advantage.
• Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge/experience in the automotive industry (i.e. technical knowledge, diagnostics and vehicle air conditioning).
• Proven track record with relevant experience in the motor industry will be advantageous.
• Good communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to solve problems & negotiate solutions.
• Ambitious, driven and hard working.
• Computer literate.
• Must reside in the Kwa Zulu-Natal region.
• No Criminal Record or Charges.
• Clear credit history.
• No Disciplinary records.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate and respond to sales leads, sell, deliver and install equipment within your area.
• After sales service & support to customers.
• Responsible for the achievement of an annual revenue target.
• Work closely with colleagues in the sales force.
• The candidate will also identify and engage potential new customers in their territory.
• Implement initiatives to drive sales within your area.
• Weekly reporting to Systems & Service Manager
• Willingness to travel and stay out at outlying areas.
• Ability to analyze reports and sales figures.
