Analyst: BI and Integrations at Altron Bytes Systems Integration

Altron Nu Pay requires an Analyst – BI and Integrations who is a professional that utilises technical skills to design, promote, support and manage all aspects of integrations for the current and future products for an organization. This position will also focus on extracting and generating data and then transforming this data into information, with the end goal of setting up a BI function through the use of power BI. These professionals are involved with a product's entire life cycle from conception to completion as well as continually supporting and enhancing the integrations. The role also encompasses consulting to and supporting external clients on integrations into our products.

Key Responsibilities;

• BI Development understanding
• In-depth understanding of database management systems
• SQL database for table creation and data optimization
• Advanced TSQL to write complex queries
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Designing, developing, deploy, documenting and maintaining BI solutions
• Dashboarding
• Evaluate and improve existing BI systems, tools, maintenance and procedures
• Designing and implementing reporting solution
• Aligning Key Performance Indicators, reporting and analytics.
• Develop and Update Business & Technical documentation
• Writing relational and multidimensional database queries
• Debugging, monitoring and providing support on integrations exposed to clients
• Leading integration discussions with external clients
• Documenting and publishing and supporting integrations specification
• Testing and piloting integrations
• Maintaining FTP files and customizing FTP integrations

Qualification, Skills and Experience;

• BSc Computer Systems
• 3 Years’ Experience as a BI & Integrations Analyst / Developer
• Development of the Business Intelligence and Integrations function using PowerBI(Microsoft) SQL / MySQL / Json
• Experience in the banking and finance industries. Knowledge of the EDO and DebiCheck Payment stream advantage. Experience working with POS systems and devices beneficial
