Our ideal candidate would have exposure to banking or financial services. In this role you will be required to provide commercial analytical support to business decision makers, through your analysis of financial and non-financial data and identifying opportunities to improve financial outcomes and hold product heads accountable for their cost structures and their return generated thereon. You will also be responsible for establishing and running a fully functional activity-based costing (ABC) models and setting the internal transfer pricing strategy.
What you will bring
A completed degree in commerce; Management Accounting/Financial Management/Financial Accounting. Along with exposure to Activity Based Costing, Budgeting, Forecasting and Performance Management, Financial Modelling and Data Manipulation.
What you will be doing
Drive the utilisation of costing and profitability information throughout the company.
Support the design, build and maintenance of the cost model
Report/Model:
Financial & non-financial actuals/forecasts to support decision-making.
Trend analysis & insights, identify opportunities and measure value shifts.
Build, maintain improve and automate dashboards to provide “always on, always available” business analytics.
Competitor/Market analysis and benchmarking, budgeting/variance analysis, and resource optimisation.
Support the delivery of business insights with a focus on collecting, managing, analysing, visualising data, developing analytical solutions and finding patterns.
Support in maintaining and continuously improving the Activity Based Cost (ABC) model across multiple dimensions, keeping it relevant and up to date and improving transparency.
