Analytics Lead at IQbusiness

IQbusiness is looking for an Analytics Lead who is able to drive the analytics strategy and execution for our consulting business.

This individual will lead a team of analytics professionals to deliver data-driven insights and innovative solutions to our clients. The role requires extensive experience in senior-level consulting, a profound understanding of analytics methodologies, exceptional leadership capabilities, and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders to drive impactful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Strategy:

• Develop and implement the overall analytics strategy aligned with the company’s goals and client needs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics to ensure the practice remains at the cutting edge.

Client Engagement:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and analytics needs.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and long-term engagements.

Project Delivery:

• Oversee the delivery of analytics projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage project risks.
• Ensure the effective use of data analytics tools and methodologies to deliver actionable insights.

Business Development:

• Support the business development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients, showcasing the value of analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated solutions that leverage analytics.

Operational Excellence:

• Establish and enforce best practices for data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Implement and oversee data governance policies to ensure data integrity and security.
• Continuously improve analytics processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Education:

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in analytics, with at least 5 years in a Senior Leadership role within a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of delivering complex analytics projects and on selling solutions to clients.
• Experience in managing large-scale data projects and working with big data technologies.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as R, Python, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their analytics services.

Leadership Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
