Job Description    
The main priority for this candidate is to maintain the overall effectiveness of equipment and plant on site. The responsibilities entail the following:

• Candidate to ensure Technical support / Trouble shooting daily
• Must assist the Maintenance manager with on job training and information sharing within the team
• When on shift candidate must ensure that plant and system upgrades are done
• Preventative Plant Maintenance (PPM) must be seen too on a weekly basis to ensure that the plant runs smoothly
• When on shift; Inspections must be done
• Candidate must ensure that breakdown maintenance is seen too when on shift

Qualification Requirements    

• Grade 12 with numerical ability, PC Literacy
• Trade Test qualification (Red Seal)

Other Requirements:

• Pressurised environment
• 6-day shift position
• Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as the business requires
• May be required to be on standby

Experience Requirements    

• At least 2 -3 years’ experience as a millwright in the bakery industry
• PLC knowledge an added advantage
