    ASP Manager

    What responsibilities will you have?

    • Identify and Prospect Partners: Research and identify potential partners, assess their compatibility with our business goals, and initiate contact.
    • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential partners, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
    • Partner Onboarding: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new partners, ensuring a smooth integration process.
    • Partnership Development: Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with company objectives, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
    • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication channels with partners, including regular check-ins, status updates, and collaboration on joint initiatives.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate partner performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of partnerships.
    • Problem-Solving: Proactively address challenges and issues that may arise in partnerships, working to find mutually beneficial solutions.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on partnership activities and their impact on the business to senior management.
    • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify potential partnership opportunities.
    • Compliance and Contracts: Ensure all partnerships adhere to legal and compliance standards by collaborating with the legal department and managing contracts and agreements.

    What are the keys to your success?

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) - essential;
    • Good PC knowledge (Microsoft office and Windows) - essential;
    • Project management qualification is beneficial;
    • Mechanical engineering knowledge will be advantageous;
    • 5 years’ Experience in partner management, business development or related roles - essential;
    • English language - excellent verbal and written communications skills;
    • French and /Arabic a plus;
    • Knowledge in Telecommunication, DATA Centers and LV Electrical (DC, AC, Thermal, Monitoring) - desirable;
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; Excellent communication and negotiation skills - desirable;
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make data-driven decisions - desirable;
    • Experience with contract management and compliance - desirable.
