You will work within a wide range of industries in the Private and/ or Public sectors covering various aspects of asset management.
You will be either dedicated to a single client based at the client's site or work from the Pragma head office servicing multiple clients.
You will will be exposed to industry best practices for asset management and have access to extensive training material, to help you be the best you can be as a physical asset management specialist.

Minimum Requirements
A Relevant Tertiary Qualification in a relevant field (BEng, B Tech or N-Diploma).
A minimum of 1 years' of practical maintenance experience in the Mining industry (Advantegous).
A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Asset Care Engineer or Reliability Engineer.
Exposure and understanding of Project management methodology (whether applied or completed in a formal course).
Experience in providing training to internal staff and contractors on how to use our software and applications.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations (OHSA, ISO standards, risk assessments, safe work procedures).
Strong problem-solving skills for breakdown analysis and root cause investigations.
Ability to manage contractors, service providers, and maintenance projects.
Demonstrated ability to develop, analyse, and present comprehensive reports for facilities management clients.
Advanced MS Excel application and knowledge with the ability to perform complex data analysis, visualisation and reporting
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously improve asset management and maintenance business processes aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
Identify opportunities to enhance maintenance performance and asset reliability, using structured problem-solving methodologies to design and implement solutions.
Present asset management–related training and develop training material and course content.
Define and develop reports required to measure performance, track KPIs, and support informed decision-making.
Deliver ad-hoc client support, training interventions, and improvement projects.
Build strong, collaborative working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Prepare, chair, and facilitate on-site client meetings, including the distribution of reports and actions.
Continuously analyse system data and performance trends to make informed recommendations for improving asset care strategies and system utilisation.
Provide high-level system support, acting as an effective liaison between the client and Pragma system support or development teams.
Provide technical guidance and quality assurance on deliverables produced by team members.
Ensure team compliance with health, safety, environmental, and organisational standards.
