National diploma (NQF6) degree in Accounting or Financial management. 2-3 years' experience in Asset management environment and Knowledge in cell phone administration. Driver’s license is a must have.
Duties :
Maintain and update fixed asset register on a monthly and ensure that assets are properly accounted for in the register.
Bar code new assets and allocate to users. Update asset register with internal and external movements, disposals and losses.
Ensure safekeeping of all departmental assets and perform other activities as required to achieve the goals of the department. Attend to audit queries.
