Assistant Accountant - Stellenbosch

- Qualification National Certificate (NCV)
- Experience 3 years
- Location Western Cape
- City Stellenbosch
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
- To ensure that financial transactions are recorded correctly in order for accurate and complete financial report compilation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Assist with Related Business accounting transactions
- Attend to Related Business account administration
- Attend to financial control tasks and activities
- Extract and distribute monthly finance reports
REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
- Diploma in Financial Accounting
DESIRED EDUCATION
- BCom Degree
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
- 3 year experience in financial environment.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- 3 years experience in a financial environment with SAP experience
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Accounting transactions and the ability to apply these principles
- Display sound knowledge of financial management and budgeting principles
- Knowledge of financial statements and statistics
- Knowledge of VAT
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office)
- SAP
