Assistant Company Secretary

- A well-established organisation is seeking an Assistant Company Secretary. This role is responsible for the planning, implementation, administration and processing of all corporate governance and company secretarial matters across the group and its subsidiaries. Only applicants residing in Cape Town will be considered for the role.
Must have CGISA / CIS qualification.

Salary: Market Related CTC per month, depending on experience.

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric with CGISA / CIS qualification
- 5+ Years experience as corporate governance and company secretary
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act and King V
- Proficient in MS Office and company secretarial software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders
