    Assistant Director: Compliance Inspectorate

    Requirements:

    • A three-year bachelor’s degree or diploma in the health sciences field. Current practicing registration certificate with the relevant body/council.
    • At least five (5) years’ experience in health care services, direct patient care, quality assurance/improvement and/or inspection processes.
    • Must have an understanding and knowledge of the inspection of health facilities.
    • At least 6-12 months’ experience in conduction of inspections will be an advantage. Supervisory experience will be an added advantage.  

    Duties:

    • Planning for inspections and re-inspections.
    • Conduct inspections and re-inspection visits to health establishments.
    • Validate and complete inspection reports and recommendations.
    • Participate in the orientation and training of other employees.  
    • Manage and account for the use of resources. Manage and mitigate risks.
