Grade 12 plus a 3-year National Diploma in Human Resource Management/Public Management/Administration (NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA), plus 3 years’ work experience as a Human resource practitioner.
Experience in the field of Human resource management. PERSAL Introduction and PERSAL establishment courses are compulsory. A valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities:
Ensure maintenance of PERSAL system. Identify and coordinate PERSAL training. Maintain and update PERSAL users’ profiles. Evaluate / recommend to the PERSAL Management changes to the system in terms of the SCC.
Ensure that prerequisites and procedures of PERSAL are well executed. Execute control and audit measures by making use of PERSAL exception reports.
Create departmental codes on PERSAL. Draw and analyze PERSAL reports as per stakeholders’ request. Protection of Information Act (POPIA) and Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA).
