Assistant Director Human Resource Devlopment (HRD) and Performance Management System (PMS) (X3 Posts)
A relevant NQF level 6 qualification as recognized by SAQA. Qualification/s in Human Resources Management/ Development will be an added advantage.
Minimum of five (5) years' experience of which three (3) years must be at lower management or supervisory level of 7/8 within the related field. valid vehicle driver’s license (except for people with disability).
Knowledge and Skills Knowledge and understanding of the Public Service legislative environment, policies, regulations, frameworks and Instructions.
