REQUIREMENTS :

• A minimum of a B-Tech in any of the Built Environment disciplines.
• Registration with the relevant professional councils (Candidate or Professional) will be an added advantage.
• A valid Driver’s license. Experience: 3 -5 years appropriate experience.
• Experience in managing both capital and maintenance projects, social facilitation, community and stakeholder liaison (clients / stakeholders).
• Experience in conflict management Knowledge:
• Public Service Act. Public Service Regulations.
• Labour Relations Act. Public Service Resolutions.
• Public Service Delivery Documents.
• Performance Management Development System.
• Construction Manual.
• Knowledge of government policies and planning systems.
• Construction projects.
