A relevant tertiary qualification in financial management at NQF level 7.
Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in revenue management, of which three (3) years must be at a supervision level. The disclosure of a valid unexpired driver’s license.
Duties
Manage the coordination of debtor relationships. Manage the collection of debt and the reconciliation of customer accounts. Manage the recording of all receivables.
Manage billing, return to sender, and unidentified revenue received within the region. Provide monthly age analysis reports on debtors' accounts.
Debt management and debt impairment. Manage and mentor revenue staff. Recommend action to be taken against defaulting debtors.
Implement business policies and processes relating to debt management. Development and implementation of the revenue enhancement strategy. Supervise staff.
