Assistant Education Officer at eThekwini Municipality

Job Purpose: 

• Responsible for the preparation, delivering and facilitation of integrated waste management/minimization educational programmes at grassroots level for community based structures, communities, schools, transport industry and all sectors of businesses, through disseminating of information, encouraging involvement in order to impact positively to the effectiveness of Waste management plan, sustainable development goals and to achieve eThekwini vision.

Essential Requirements:

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and a certificate in one of the following fields:  
• Environmental  Public Relations  Communication or any other related and equivalent certificate. Valid motor vehicle driving license.  3 Years relevant experience.
