About the job

We are an all lady team, looking for a female graphic design assistant to support us with client document maintenance. Our clients are financial sector, investment managers and the role would include tasks such as:

ROLE
- financial presentation data updates
- styling of Excel charts and tables
- linking Excel tables and charts to PowerPoint presentations
- converting Adobe Indesign and Illustrator presentations to Word and PowerPoint
- Compressing large PowerPoint files and images
- Setting up PowerPoint, Word and Excel design themes, templates and layout style settings
- Graphic styling of Word documents
- Setting up PowerPoint master pages
- Checking PowerPoint presentations for graphic consistency and accuracy

SKILLS AND PROFICIENCY
- Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Eye for accuracy, precision and detail
- Excellent layout and technical skills

HOURS
- Remote role, work from home
- 3 to 7 hours per day
- Flexible hours (work around your own schedule)

REMUNERATION
- R25,000 - R50,000 pm

STRUCTURE
- Long term, freelance, full time or part time
