Competency in the use of computers in Case ware, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet. A Valid driver's license.
KEY COMPETENCY SKILLS:
Knowledge of the Municipal Finance Management Act and Treasury regulations In-depth knowledge of national policy and legislation impacting on municipal finance.
