A relevant tertiary qualification at NQF Level 6 preferably a National Diploma in Architecture or Advanced certificate + 1 year Work
Integrated Learning or a Bachelor Degree at NQF Level 7
Working towards registration as a Professional Architectural
Technologist (Pr.Arch.T category) i.e. candidate member with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession
Valid Code EB/ B/ 08 driving license
Computer literacy: MS Office, AutoCad, Revit, Sketch-Up & Adobe Suite
Physically fit and able bodied.

Key Performance Areas
Provide professional architectural assistance to PO, SPO, Head towards the inception and concept design of small scale, less complex development initiatives of line departments or private landowners;
Provide architectural support for PO; SPO and Head, towards the detail design development, documentation and procurement of development initiatives of line departments;
Provide architectural support for PO; SPO and Head, towards the implementation of development initiatives of line departments;
Assist PO, SPO and Head to undertake specialist studies, assessment, analysis and services not forming part of standard SACAP services suit; and
Assist in the process of assessing and monitoring compliance of urban development proposals to urban design guidelines, National
Building Regulations, Planning By-law and other relevant policies and regulations.
