Requirements

• A relevant NQF Level 4 qualification (with mathematics/Mathematics Literacy/Physical Science).
• The disclosure of a valid unexpired driver’s license. Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. (OHS). Computer Literacy.
• The disclosure of a valid unexpired driver’s license. Basic Problem Solving. Good communication skills, Good interpersonal skills. Willingness to acquire new skills.

Duties

• Assist with basic hydrological data processing, including the collection, capturing, processing, verification, and dissemination of hydrological data to clients.
• Perform field observations at hydrological gauging stations including the capturing of gauge plate readings for data processing purposes. Completion of site inspection forms and drafting of progress reports.
