- A global health NPO is seeking a strategic and visionary Associate Director: Learning & Innovation to join its Senior Leadership Team. This is a high-impact role driving innovation, evidence-based practice, and community-led responses within the HIV and global health space.
- This is a Remote role based in South Africa and International Travel will also be required.
- Proven senior leadership experience within a complex, international organisation
- Strong expertise in HIV and/or global health, with exposure to health systems, human rights, or crisis response
- Solid background in research, monitoring & evaluation, and evidence translation into policy and practice
- Demonstrated experience in advocacy, partnership development, and influencing at a senior level
- Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams in agile, multicultural environments
Advantageous
- Experience working across the Global South and/or North
- Exposure to crisis or humanitarian health contexts
- Programme oversight and fundraising experience
- Multilingual capability
