    AssureCloud Client Solutions Coordinator, Midrand

    Responsibilities:

    Client Service & Support

    • Provide day-to-day support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and requests.
    • Assist in maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
    • Support the Client Solutions Manager in implementing client service strategies and improvements.

    Data & System Coordination

    • Maintain and update client profiles, audit protocols, and site information on internal systems.
    • Ensure data accuracy across platforms and resolve discrepancies where required.
    • Upload and manage updates to the audit system in line with operational requirements.

    Operational & Administrative Coordination

    • Provide coordination support to the Food Safety Account Managers and broader operations team.
    • Assist in tracking service delivery metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Support general administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

    Client Training & Engagement

    • Assist in training clients on system/portal usage.
    • Support the update and maintenance of training materials and user guides.
    • Participate in initiatives aimed at improving client understanding and engagement.

    Continuous Improvement

    • Assist in analysing client feedback and service data to support decision-making.
    • Contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing customer experience and efficiency.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Food Safety, Retail Management, or a related field
    • Additional qualification in Project Management or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – advantageous

    Experience:

    • 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service, client support, or coordination role
    • Exposure to food safety, retail, or service-driven environments – advantageous
    • Basic experience with project coordination or service delivery processes
