Au Pair | Kyalami | R11 500 Per Month at Au Pair Extraordinaire

• Area: Kyalami
• Children’s Ages: Twin girls - 7 years old - Grade 2 - ADHD/Sensory processing disorder (non-medicated)
• Child’s Neurodivergence Snapshot: Undiagnosed. The girls can be a bit destructive and energetic. They struggle to maintain focus.
• Support Style: Attend sensory therapy and they have homework and exercises to complete at home. They are busy with an auditory assessment; we have found they listen and can concentrate better with less noise. Regular break intervals are needed for them to get up and move around and get a bit of their energy out.
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday 13:00 - 18:00 & Friday 13:00 - 17:30
• School holiday hours: Same as above / Slightly Flexible
• Duties: Collect from school, take them to any extra murals, Assisting them with homework, therapy exercises and prepare healthy snacks and meals.
• Special Requirements: Special Needs experience. Someone who can assist with Afrikaans would be a huge benefit but not a non-negotiable.  
• Start Date and contract term: ASAP - permanent 
• Salary: R11 500pm (Gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.76)

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
