Au Pair | Lonehill | R12 000 Per Month at Au Pair Extraordinaire

• Area: Lonehill
• Child’s Age: Girl – 11 years (Grade 6)
• Child’s Neurodivergence Snapshot: ADHD – undiagnosed (unmedicated) and Anxiety (medicated)
• Support Style: Child has Neurofeedback therapy to assist with ADHD; the doctors can’t diagnose ADHD until this is completed as it won’t give us accurate results. She is not medicated yet as the medication will interfere with the neurofeedback therapy. The results have been amazing so far 
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 14:00
• School holiday hours: Same/similar hours to above
• Duties: Someone to oversee her work is done, ensure she is logged in (not necessarily someone to micromanage). There is tutor support and other kinds of educational support available. We just need someone firm who is able to guide her and makes sure she completes the tasks that are needed
• Curriculum: CAPS
• Special Requirements: Female, younger candidate, a student would be ideal, tech savvy, Afrikaans/English speaking, extremely patient, warm, creative, loving and understanding. 
• Start Date and contract term: ASAP – permanent
• Salary: R12 000 per month (Gross, before deductions) + SARS Rates per km

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
