Au Pair | Parktown North | R9000 Per Month at Au Pair Extraordinaire

• A family is looking for an AU PAIR for their son in Grade 3 
• Area: Parktown North 
• Ages: son in Grade 3  
• Working hours: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday between 14h00 and 18h30
• School holiday hours: this will be dependent on whether the family are travelling or not but generally Monday – Friday: 08h00 – 18h00. Overtime will be paid for any hours worked over and above the normal working hours above.
• Additional hours: the mother will need the candidate to sleep over for 2 – 3 nights every 2 months (roughly) when she is to travel for work. Additional compensation will be provided for additional hours.
• Duties: Collecting from school, transporting to and from extra murals, homework assistance, general childcare duties, assisting with anything childcare related, general care and supervision. Candidate must be able to assist with basic cooking such as air frying recipes, putting some pasta on etc. The son is very sporty and active and requires a candidate that is able to keep up with him. There is a lot of driving to and from sporting appointments at various schools.
• Requirements: Active, second mom aged 25 years old plus
• Start date: ASAP start – permanent contract
• Salary: R9000 per month (gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.95)

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
