Automation Anywhere 360 Solution Architect at Zensar Technologies

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Anywhere 360 Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere 360. Additionally, the candidate will manage and maintain server infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Architecture: Develop and design automation solutions using Automation Anywhere 360 to meet business requirements.
• Implementation: Lead the implementation of automation projects, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
• Server Management: Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of server infrastructure to support automation solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to automation processes and server performance.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation solutions and server configurations.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and end-users on automation tools and processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation and server management.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Automation Anywhere 360.
• Strong knowledge of server management, including Windows and Linux servers.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a large enterprise environment.
