Automation Test Lead at RMB - Rand Merchant Bank

• To lead a multidisciplinary team of automation specialists in testing automation implementations and increasing automation across various areas within the business to enable integration, software and regression processes.

• Keep abreast of new developments in, technology and industry standards.
• Adhere to department operations standards, prescribed Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process and operational framework to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Develop new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to make organisational improvements.
• Manage people by executing management responsibilities and create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence.
• Focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Perform moderate to complex tasks in support of one or more IT projects that require a singular area of expertise, in multiple technical environments within a specific business area.
• Contribute to the design of a robust IT architecture to meet business requirements, ensuring reliability, system performance, security, and customisation of the application functionality.
• Serve as the custodian of automation methodologies, standards, and governance in line with business requirements.

You will be the ideal candidate if you have:

• Degree in Computer science or similar
• 4-5 years IT testing experience
